We assure you we can install any type of roof that you want, as we have installed every type of roof you can imagine!
Wood Shake
Wood shake, or wooden shingles, are the most basic type of roofing shingles that there are. These shingles are made completely out of wood, usually cedar, and give a very natural look to your home. While it may seem like this type of roof would not do a great job at weather protection, that’s completely inaccurate. Wood Shake roofing does a great job at repelling water and blocking out sunlight. On top of that, wood shake is completely natural, so you can feel good about using materials that are from the earth.
Shingle
Shingle roofing is the most common roofing type that there is. Shingles are usually made of an asphalt mixture, which creates a mildly heavy shingle, that does an incredible job of blocking out rain. Shingle roofing is the most popular type of roofing in the country, and is the go to for most home owners. Shingles are cost effective, have an incredible shelf life and do everything that you need a roof material to do. On top of all that, shingles are flexible, yet sturdy, and for this reason, they often don’t break. Shingles are also easy to clean off and care for!
Metal
Metal roofs have been around for a long time, but they have really started to explode in popularity in the last few years. Metal roofing is very durable, very cost effective and does an excellent job at temperature regulation. While it may seem like metal roofs would make your home, or business, hotter, that’s completely false! Metal roofing actually reflects heat energy back out in to the atmosphere, making the building underneath cooler. These types of roof hold up very well in heavy winds and harsh winters. And, as an added bonus, metal roofing is one of the easiest roofing materials to clean.
Tile
Tile roofing is the most popular roofing type in Europe and Asia, but it is also very popular in the Americas, usually along the coats. Tile roofing is very similar to shingle roofing except that, in tile roofing, the shingles are made out of a hardened clay. These roofs are absolutely beautiful, often looking like works of art, but they have the significant drawback of being more brittle than other roofing types. However, a major bonus of tile roofing is that tiles tend to be fire proof. Thus, tile roofing makes excellent roofing for, both, residential and commercial buildings.
